Rai gutted a kitchen badly in need of a remodel located in the Kirkwood School Lofts, an old school turned into condos. Old buildings are quirky, and Rai's expertise really shined as he led the crew through the demo and replacement of all cabinets and appliances. He had two doors custom-built to fit with the interior and custom-built a cabinet for a washer-dryer combination. All are excellent quality and workmanship.
